About Civil Services Exams
The Civil Services Examination is a standardized test in India conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment to higher civil services in the Government of India, such as the All India Services and Central Civil Services.
It is conducted in three phases:
1. a preliminary examination and
2. a main examination and finally followed by a
3. personality test (interview)
